Review on Aquarium Ornament Kit - Hydor H2Show for Enhanced Underwater Decor by Amanda Hall

This is really great. Next to.

It's really cool, the mist it emits is good for the fish. However, if you have fine gravel or sand, you will run into problems. I have sand, it clogs and stops working. And when it stops spinning, it takes a good 20 minutes before it starts working again. I got so fed up that I ended up taking out the little thin stick and not attaching it to the transparent spinning thing or the green spinning fan-like thing. (Unfortunately I don't know any technical terms). The transparent thing is there to protect her. from falling sand, but does not rotate. So technically you don't really need it if it keeps stopping at you. If you have regular gravel then you don't have to worry about that and you can dig the base deep enough for the rock formation to fit over it. If you have sand, you can't bury the base or it will get clogged. The stone still fits on it, but not tight. After you put the rock on top, just add some extra sand around the base to keep the fish out there. Other than that and a small tweak, this is a good product. It's very cool, just like the volcano, but I recommend you get a red light for the volcano, it makes it amazing when you have 2. As for the wires, yes there are a lot of wires, but you hide them under your gravel or sand and plant them up on a live or artificial plant to cover the wires coming out of your aquarium. The problem is solved.
