I bought three of these monitors to try and they worked great so I bought three more. I've used them with my Google Home to set up some cool automations. Then they lost their WiFi connection one by one and wouldn't reconnect even after resetting the settings and following all the recommendations suggested in the app and by email support staff. The app just hangs for a while on the steps where it will connect to the router and then says it can't connect and offers to try different possibilities. They told me that the lightbulbs were too far from the router, to which I told them that the ones furthest from the router work, but the ones next to the router don't! After a few more wrong assumptions, they finally figured it was because I had too many devices on my router. I checked with the manufacturers of my router that there is no such restriction and I also mentioned that they have all been working without problems for several months and I haven't added any new devices. Now they turn off one by one and I have two working lightbulbs and the problem is you can't even use the ones that don't plug in like normal lightbulbs because they change color every minute. I've tried randomly factory resetting some of the ones that stopped working to see if they can connect, so far to no avail, so I'm just watching and waiting for the last two to stop working. This was my experience. maybe you have better luck. maybeπ€·ββοΈ
