Killing the SD card for the camera and the photo
comes promptly. Refuse to write until SD card is formatted, which is unusual, my old camera does the same. However, it formatted 3 of my SD cards, still refuses to write and the SD card can no longer be used with another device. The remote control sometimes works when changing settings after formatting the SD card for about 30 seconds
