Review on Dirt Devil Power Express Vacuum by Brittany Williams

I wanted to give this product 5 stars as the suction is great and it's incredibly light and versatile, but the roller brush stops after only 5 minutes. normal use on low-pile carpets. Apparently this is a known bug as there is a list of actions to take in this case. I'm guessing Motor Guard because it starts spinning again after a few minutes, but not for long. It seems unreasonable to me. After months of trying to use other things like the pet head on the carpet (it just scatters hair!, it gets hair and stops like above) - I OFFICIALLY HATE IT! Hate it because she promised me so many things and kept none of them. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE PETS, HAIR ON HEAD OR DIRTY FLOORS.
