The first didn't work, the second worked.

I was using my first printer when my printer ran out of ink today. Inserted, but my printer did not recognize it. I cleaned the contacts on the chip, still NO LUCK. I put in the previous cartridge and the machine recognized it but knew it was empty. Put this back in. NOCH did not recognize him. I had to open and insert the SECOND EZ ink cartridge. The printer recognized it. 50% success so far. It's too expensive to only have a 50% success rate.
