a waste of money. It's been over 6 months since I bought the cartridges but I only tried installing them for the first time a few days ago. The printer simply does not recognize them and refuses to accept them. I've tried everything. So disappointing! Bought two sets of ink because the price was so high and I like to top up. However, these cartridges simply do not work. I love the savings of this ink but with my new printer even though it prints with ink it doesn't recognize it that they're in the printer, so I don't know when it's empty. Instead of an ink level I get an X. I've had a negative reaction to this recently. However, the problem wasn't in the ink, it was in the printer itself! The printer was nothing but a problem. I apologize for the bad review of the company but at the time I had no idea it was a printer and to my surprise I started printing with cartridges one day. The company contacted me and even offered me a gift certificate. To get it right I spent almost an hour figuring out how to change the rating. Best Susan

I have purchased EZ ink cartridges for several Brother injector printers. I chose them for their low price, but I also like them for their reliability. Print quality and performance were excellent except for the following points. I had several defective cartridges that had to be thrown away. These failures (5% or less) were much less frequent than I've experienced with regular replacement inks for my Brother printers. Without them I would have given 5 stars.

I was using my first printer when my printer ran out of ink today. Inserted, but my printer did not recognize it. I cleaned the contacts on the chip, still NO LUCK.
