The best thing about this tool, I think it's ease in finding out your customers information or their needs which really helps us understand them better then our competitors do! Sometimes you could find that some attributes such as firstname last isn't accurate so have double check before publishing these details online because once its published there will be no going back!! But other than those little issues everything else works perfectly well.

Definitely recommend using usertribetool if ever looking at solutions from an analytical perspective like me :) It has helped alot when working within my team here @workday making sure we were providing clients what they needed by analysing data trends etc.
