Review on Drilling Installation Professional Measuring Woodworking Stainless by Jacob Sriubas

When I purchased this item it was listed as being made of aluminum and stainless steel. When it arrived it was made out of ABS plastic, aluminum and stainless steel. So the description was wrong! As expected, the plastic part ripped off the first set of buttons I tried to install. While the Revain website says "Return or exchange if I'm not happy with the product", I contacted the seller and he said to contact Revain. Revane says the return window is closed. So I am stuck with a product that is not what it was advertised and broke on first use. Contrary to the website, I can't seem to get a refund or even a replacement. As some say stay away from this and definitely stay away from the seller as they fail to honor their return and replacement policies. Interestingly, they no longer list aluminum and stainless steel versions. Maybe someone named her after her misleading and inaccurate description. Too bad they don't want to keep their word.
