So I bought this for the winter season and was very happy with it. The last time he came in, I noticed a brown film on top. I know natural herbal supplements can have this buildup so I was almost ready to ignore the problem, but then when I wiped my finger on a tissue it literally rubbed off with the texture and feel of acrylic paint or pasty dirt. This is unlike anything I've ever noticed in this product or any other herbal supplement. My biggest concern was that after four attempts to call and voicemail the company within a week, NOBODY called me back. And that's a huge red flag for me. I don't mind my own business anymore.
