I bought this to wear over my gardening shirt and feel like a real old lady but it protects me from the sun and bugs and it's nice and cool. I bought the large to make sure it wasn't too tight to allow for good airflow and it was perfect (I would have bought the medium for a regular fit). I wear it for about an hour every day and wash it weekly or as needed to keep the UPF as long as possible. I will probably buy another one soon and have already recommended it to my sister who was looking for a fishing shirt!
