The product has helped us get more leads, as it allows you to have multiple ways of generating interest in your services - via social media or website forms, for example! This means that we can reach out to everyone who may be interested through our blog posts/social channels etc. It's also very easy to use (I'm no tech-geek) so I don't find this particularly stressful when dealing with my team daily. There isn't much at present which I dislike about genitivity but there could potentially be some improvements here too if they're looking to expand their service range further. We've had several new business enquiries from people finding me through Facebook ads using Google AdWords campaigns where our site was not showing up in search results.
