Review on Concerto CAFM by Jonathan Olson

The ease in creating new projects with multiple users involved was awesome! I wish there were some other features that would be nice but overall it's great for what we needed at this time point (and no major issues). Very easy platform so anyone can use without any training required or help offered by support team when they do respond very quickly though sometimes not always helpful if questions are simple things like how long does something take? We have been able solve our problems using concernto easily since everyone has access through their own computer/phone now instead having people come into office during business hours just makes sense these days especially because most employees work remotely anyways!! Also being able create multi-project reports within minutes rather then waiting weeks between each report created manually before sending out emailing them individually etc saves us tons off labor costs. And also easier way to keep track who did certain tasks vs manual tracking down peoples names after every task completed helps save money too. ! Overall still learning about.
