ConcernTO - Great Customer Support and Platform

The ease in creating new projects with multiple users involved was awesome! I wish there were some other features that would be nice but overall it's great for what we needed at this time point (and no major issues). Very easy platform so anyone can use without any training required or help offered by support team when they do respond very quickly though sometimes not always helpful if questions are simple things like how long does something take?   • Ease accessing from phone, laptop even desktop computers as well.
  • Can see all project statuses live realtime which is really cool!!! :)Can view previous versions along side current version making changes much more fluid than ever expected..Very intuitive interface once learned..very fast response times compared w many others..superb customer service reps...great software toolset...fast loading speeds....easy sharing

Reviewing concerns as an asset manager

The easy access for tenants via mobile app has been great! We are using it in our office so that we can easily book space without having people drive down or come into the building during business hours (i know this may not be ideal but sometimes life doesn't go according plan). I think they need better integration with their website/mobile apps - especially when trying use online forms like requesting maintenance work requests etc- there's no way through concerntoCAFm if someone isn’t…

Pros
  • That you're notified as soon as anything happens, such as contractors signing contracts, tenant payments arriving late due too much mail backlog from previous postman follies , service engineers scheduling jobs which might effect me personally..I love all these updates coming straight onto email inbox !
Cons
  • Notifications still appear twice under each notification
