The easy access for tenants via mobile app has been great! We are using it in our office so that we can easily book space without having people drive down or come into the building during business hours (i know this may not be ideal but sometimes life doesn't go according plan). I think they need better integration with their website/mobile apps - especially when trying use online forms like requesting maintenance work requests etc- there's no way through concerntoCAFm if someone isn’t physically at site anymore.. Other issues i've experienced include some reports being delayed by days before showing up in my account dashboard while others dont get updated every time something changes within them even though its set correctly? This could potentially cause us problems over long periods because certain projects wont show accurate costs until weeks later compared to other systems where everything will change instantly once submitted?? Definitely try out any new products offered first yourself instead relying solely off what friends have told u about how good / bad things I like the fact that it has a lot of features and that it is easy to use. I can see that it is very easy to use and that it has a lot of features. I also like that it is easy to use and that it is very user-friendly. I don't really have any dislikes about the software. I think that it is a great software to use. I would recommend it to anyone. I am managing a commercial property and I use it to manage the assets. I am able to keep track of the assets and make sure that they are being well looked after.
