Updated Review - I am currently increasing the number of launches to 4 MBPro. Unfortunately, the process lacked instructions and customer support, making the process quite frustrating and a waste of time. I hope this encourages them to provide clearer instructions for users. When I first received my order I opened everything up and set everything up by guessing because there are no instructions just a wiring diagram. I assumed the AC adapter was providing power to charge my computer, but I was wrong. The instructions could have helped to figure this out but instead I was told to contact Revain support which 30 minutes later was passed on to 3 people to read my previous conversations only to end up doing nothing but to send me a new module. although I said that the company's tech support would likely fix the problem. The schematics in the manual leave a lot to be desired in terms of instructions and the picture is so small I had to take a picture with my phone to zoom in and see the port numbers. I recommend them to number each port on the schematics even if they are so small. I initially gave a 1 star review and then suddenly received instructions from Lasuney to use my Apple charger in the dock's power port. I did this and it started charging my laptop and is now holding a full charge. I give the device itself 4 stars, the customer service 3, the manual 3 and a total of 4 stars.
