I am happy to write a review. Of course I had a clogged drain. The tool is great for work if you follow the simple instructions. I want to write about what you do when the cork is knocked out. The advice is not to just pull the (25ft) tightly coiled, spring-like plunger cord back a quarter of an inch, but to constantly pull it in and out as you pull it out. This will help loosen any remaining dirt. Also, DO NOT put it back in the storage compartment when you pull out the cable guide. Let it collect when you pull it out. After extraction, it is usually dirty and wet. Run the cable as straight as possible. Then pour a WD-40 cloth over it, wipe the cable end to end with a cleaning cloth, oil it and let it dry. Now route the cable back to the storage unit. No rust until you're ready to use it again. It is recommended to wrap the cable in one spot with colored tape and leave the full wrap in the storage room. Full extension using the tool without this guide may result in loss of the entire "downwind" cable!
