Review on 🔍 DEWALT DW6913 Router Edge Guide with Fine Adjustment and Vacuum Adaptor by Brian Trotter

I have a Dewalt 618 router and a Palm 611. Works with both although the manual doesn't mention 611 611 use it as a guide for the edges. This gave good direct results. I wish the rods included in the kit were longer so I could dig the dado deeper into the work piece. The large vacuum port limits the distance that the router can be installed to just a few inches from the stop, even when the rods are barely at the base of the router. Must buy longer sticks for placement. As for the "fine tune" function. I wouldn't use it unless checking the placement of the bat along the pencil line. I agree with other reviewers' concerns about embossing accuracy. Overall very happy with the purchase. This is a reliable blade guide for the money that makes a straight cut.
