This is the third electric shaver I've tried to shave my head with. I'm not male-patched, but I have a full head of thick, coarse hair and decided to shave it off for Halloween. This little razor does a pretty good job with shaving cream in the shower. Maybe not as close as a blade, but I wasn't cut or sliced. The handle and shaving head position work well and are well designed. The rotating blades are very smooth and cut well given the amount of hair I have. I have found this works best when there is a decent amount of stubble.
