The plastic cap protecting the heads is cheap and the tabs break easily. The first was exchanged free of charge in the service. You have fantastic service. I ordered two extra plastic caps and was glad the one the CS replaced broke before the extra ones arrived. I have to make a better hat. If the cap was better it would be 4 stars and if the razor cuts better and doesn't pull hairs it would only be a 5 so people go back to the design table and put 5!

I used to have a "Pitbull" razor or whatever it's called. It started crashing out of nowhere a few days after the warranty expired and they didn't show me any goodwill gesture despite the fact that the crashing behavior was so strange and the timing was so close to the end of the warranty. I got this for head shaving. It skips a lot of hairs, but repeated passes usually get them. As for the face, it pulls the hair unless you go over it first with the beard trimmer in its shortest position (i.e. uncoated). I find the popup trimmer pretty useless. Pretty flimsy and too bulky for detailed cropping. Instead, I use a special trimmer when needed. Shaving in the shower is nice, but when it's wet it's not that close to a cut.
