Very uncomfortable to use. I purchased this product partially assembled; which was great by the way. However, my first attempt to use it was unsuccessful. I didn't like the foam rollers on the back rest. They were kind of hard, and my back hurt afterwards .Not sore muscles, like, really hurt. Also, trying to use the leg lift was awkward, Not much leg room to maneuver.I was very disappointed with this product, and upon contacting the seller, I was informed that they only offered refunds on mechanical issues. They offered me a refund of $30, and they wanted me to keep it. The second option was to return it, minus a $10 shipping cost.I paid $109 + S&H for it, and now I'm stuck with a machine that I can't even use. Now I have to try to sell it or give it away.
