FINALLY a heating pad that separates me from the power cord! I can finally go where I want and still get the pain relief I need. This combination of heating pad and massage has already helped me do what I love to do while getting the pain relief I need. I have arthritis, scoliosis and multiple herniated discs with sciatica. Sitting and walking for a while was painful. But the combination of heat and massage has made my life so much better and the pain is much less! I read with interest several reviews that indicate that the button on the battery is bent. So far I haven't had this problem. I'm just trying not to press too hard. You have to hold down the button to turn on the battery. I suspect that for those whose buttons have fallen into battery when pressed too hard. You also have to hold down the heat and massage buttons to turn them on. It's easy to do, but if you don't know, it can be annoying at first. ADVANTAGES: The massager has several different vibration modes, so you can find the massage that works best for you. There are 3 massage levels. also warm. Simply press the buttons to get the heat and massage level that best relieves your pain. Did I already say WIRELESS? OF COURSE I HAVE. It's WIRELESS for everyone! HOORAY! After all, this battery lasts a very long time. They are programmed to turn off after 30 minutes. The residual heat in the pad relieves my pain for a while. After everything cools down, turn it back on. I estimate the battery lasts about 3 hours of wonderful pain relief this way (and I use the highest settings). CONS: The ONLY issue I have with this massager is that I can't see if the battery is on while wearing it. I have to pull it forward to see if the battery is on and then push it back so the massage/heat is on my back. Otherwise it is SO AMAZING. PS It takes four hours to charge the battery. So buy a second battery if you have chronic pain like me. It's worth it.
