Very Disappointed: Jigsaw Puzzles

I was so happy to get this jigsaw puzzle board. I've been looking forward to it for a few days before he comes to my house. As soon as I opened it I felt defeated. The board warped. One of the boxes didn't even reach the end. But what bothered me the most was the interface. There were small holes everywhere. Like nail holes or grooves. I don't even know how to explain it. Let's just say it wasn't smooth and looked so cheap.
