Bought in 2017 Just stopped working
Glad to get this printer in 2017. It just stopped working this month. I spent 2.30 minutes on the phone with StarMicronics support, they confirmed it was a StarMicronics bluetooth/printer issue, they were unable to fix it, so now I'm back looking for a new cash register and printer. Sigh. Everything was working fine up until then, and these things shouldn't be dead in 5 years, right?
