I like that it is very easy to use. It has all the features you would expect from a modern call center system. The reporting is also excellent, which makes analyzing performance much easier. I have not found anything I dislike about this product - everything works well together and very intuitive. It can be a little pricey for smaller businesses, but it is worth it if you are looking for great customer experience. We use it to track performance, solve problems, and provide insight into how our agents are performing.
