I don't really know how to rate this as parts work excellent, but the necklace never worked at all. Even ordered a second necklace hoping it would work - same thing, never worked at all. The call buttons (I originally ordered two) worked great after pairing as instructed - they still work and I love the concept and action. Manufacture help was almost totally useless - One said try new batteries, another said said just return to revain and they will give you a full refund. I will not buy another SadoTech product and will look for a similar product elsewhere.
