I got this table because I don't have a formal dinning room, just an eat in kitchen. The instructions were simple and straight forward. My main concern is, the threading for the screw is half missing in 2 out of the 4 table legs. I was so upset but I was able to assemble without the washer in 2 screws. It would've been too much of a hassle to return. Aside from that there is a scratch on the underside of the table but that's not a big deal to me. After the assembly it looks great and is exactly what I was hoping for in my small space.
