I first wore them while hiking in Utah through the Narrows (Zion National Park) and fell in love with them. Extremely comfortable, the bottom of the boot is thick so you don't even feel the rocks you walk on. Good grip and ideal for water. It feels like you're wearing moon boots. I don't care if it's hiking, camping, caving, hiking on the water. These boots are great.
