    Ideal for running on water

    I first wore them while hiking in Utah through the Narrows (Zion National Park) and fell in love with them. Extremely comfortable, the bottom of the boot is thick so you don't even feel the rocks you walk on. Good grip and ideal for water. It feels like you're wearing moon boots. I don't care if it's hiking, camping, caving, hiking on the water. These boots are great.

    Good replacement for our favorite 5-10s

    This seems to be the best replacement for our favorite 5-10 canyoning boots that are no longer made. Durable, with excellent grip, easy to put on and take off.

    Don't buy a lot in a separate bad glue, don't expect a guarantee

    Boots feel good, I like the protectionist ankle, but Suela is totally ready for glue bumps, can't even endure 7 months of light use, not recommended as eshoukd offers some guarantee on materials I haven't broken, just a separate one Device I will return my money or repair

    No shoes....!!! in my opinion

    I really like these boots, I was a size 9.5 but they sent 8.5 which fit perfectly so I would advise ordering one size smaller than your true size.

    Not as grippy on wet material

    The design of the laces is great, they have never come loose due to the way they fasten. However, grip on WET mossy rocks was pretty poor. Dry clothes were great but I bought them specifically for hiking the creeks. Excellent ankle and toe support. I bought these to replace my old 5.10 water tennis and the old ones were much better. I took a size down because I heard it's big and fits perfectly.

    So far so good: my review

    The time will show. The fit of these boots is much better than the 5-10 (Adidas) in the past. These boots look and feel much sturdier than the Canyoneers I've had before and lasted less than a year before self destructing. I like the very secure feel of these boots as well as the excellent grip. While some reviews mentioned a possible lack of drainage, this weekend seemed to me that wasn't the case. I plan to update this review after a year of use to see if they hold up to kayaking and rescue…

    Turns out long but narrow

    These return. I wear a size 12 with a slightly wide foot (not wide enough for most brands). They should be sized to fit 3mm or 4mm neoprene boots as my foot was floating front to back. But at the same time they were narrow in width. I've tried my 2mm and then the extra thick wool shoes but they slide too much and press on the outside of my foot and my thumb can't even reach the Adidas logo stamp. Compared to my Zamberland hiking shoes, they are half an inch longer. The heel cup and arch feel…

    Nice, but be careful!

    Mine are back! I usually wear a 10 for ADIDAS and almost every brand of shoe I wear, but these shoes even though the tag says 10 look like 11 or more, I can "squeeze" my feet in the shoe! I am sending them back and waiting for 9 pairs!

    Very durable but no drainage

    I bought these shoes to replace my Five Ten Canyoneer 3 boots which have fallen apart after years of regular whitewater kayaking. I was impressed with the durability and protection, particularly the Terrex Hydro_Lace ankle protection and arch support. This makes walking and carrying boulders easier with a heavy kayak than with other more flexible shoes. The boot also has a harder outer coating and a few stitches (at least visible) which are often the weak points of other water shoes. However, I

    Best canyoning/water boots

    I bought 3 pairs of original boots for my girlfriend, brother and myself and have owned the original version of these boots for over 3 years now. These were the best and most durable Canyon boots I have ever seen and outlasted multiple 5.10 Canyon boot releases for several other members of our group. I can't comment on the durability or grip quality of this particular iteration, but all previous versions of these boots have been virtually unkillable. 100% will buy again after mine wear out…

    Where are the drain holes?

    The boots are great but if they don't have drainage holes they're pretty much useless. There's little point in lugging 2.5-kilogram boots down the canyon. As a result, I returned to Bestard Canyon Guides.
