Review on 🌬️ Germ Guardian True HEPA Filter Air Purifier: Eliminate Germs, Allergies, Smoke, and Odors with UV Light Sanitizer - 4-in-1 Home AC5000E by Lalaine Fernandez

I bought the device in October 2017. I only used UV at night and then not every night. At Christmas, the UV lamp burned out. Since a replacement lamp costs about €30, I will use the device without a UV lamp. For a $100+ car, I feel like I don't need to spend more than $100 a year on UV bulbs alone, not to mention the high cost of a filter change. Judging by what is advertised for this unit, and if only used at night, the bulb should last for over a year - NOT less than 3 months. When the car finally "dies", I will definitely BUY ANOTHER BRAND FILTER. I encourage others to do the same. If you're making your first purchase, please don't make the same mistake I did. Apparently GermGuardian is designed to keep things going long enough for Revain not to take it back on credit. I don't have the time or patience to deal directly with GermGuardian as I'm sure I'll be waiting for hours before they finally say the lamp is NOT covered by their warranty and I'm stuck with faulty hardware. If you read my previous reviews you will see that I am more than fair in my evaluation of the products. Unfortunately, this does not apply to GermGuardian. THE MANUFACTURER HAS READ MY REVIEW AND SENT ME A LAMP FOR REPLACEMENT. I INSTALLED IT AND IT IS STILL WORKING IN JULY 2018. SO I CHANGED MY RATE TO 4 STARS INSTEAD OF 2.
