Just got back from a trip and was very disappointed to see that this rotten bag had expired 3 days ago. Bought a month ago for a long trip. We got caught in the smoke of a forest fire and had to turn back. I left the gear in the bag and figured we'd be gone in a week. Went to the coast for the weekend to stay in a rental. It was raining heavily, but I wasn't worried because of the great reviews. Finally we set out on a hike. The bag absorbed water and some things got moldy. We rested for a week and returned home only yesterday. I didn't unpack right away because of the long journey. It rained lightly during the night. I unpacked my wet gear this morning. Buying this bag was a mistake. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the damaged equipment.
