I have been using Freud Industrial blades for many years with no problems. Bought a new 80's tooth for some "fine" cuts. As always, took care of it, mounted it on the Saw Stop gang saw and ran it. Two teeth flew off immediately, sinking into the wall behind me before he could see the splinter. I stood to one side and was not hit. Needless to say, this event caused significant concern. Of course, one thinks of quality and packaging.
