Suitable for low powered saws

Used on a low powered Powermatic P1000 so I have a pair of Freud fine kerf blades. Your cutting blade makes a world of difference, and this high-serrated blade delivers an ultra-clean cut in cross-sections. My point of comparison is a standard Woodworker II kerf with a fresh factory cut from Forrest. These Freud blades are actually better for my application.

Highly recommended! on Power Tool Parts & Accessories

Like a knife through butter! I've always bought Dewalt miter saws in large boxes. Even more money spent on 80 teeth but nothing beats this blade. Definitely the next step in woodworking. I use a lot of reclaimed wood for my projects. Too bad, I would have bought it a few years ago. Very smooth, quiet, no burn marks or cracks. Cuts through 5/4 oak very easily. Highly recommended!

Be careful! See Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I have been using Freud Industrial blades for many years with no problems. Bought a new 80's tooth for some "fine" cuts. As always, took care of it, mounted it on the Saw Stop gang saw and ran it. Two teeth flew off immediately, sinking into the wall behind me before he could see the splinter. I stood to one side and was not hit. Needless to say, this event caused significant concern. Of course, one thinks of quality and packaging.

Large miter saw blade

I bought this blade for my Makita miter saw. I found it almost perfectly straight as the total runout was only 0.002 as measured with my dial indicator. A saw attached to my Makita will cut moldings and other hardwoods for routing and carpentry perfectly and evenly, resulting in some of the tightest joints that you will be very happy with. Due to the many small teeth, it does not break out at all. The hunting weapon can be discarded. The saw also cuts through 2x4 Douglas fir like butter. I…

Freud quality through and through

I've been a fan of Freud's Diablo line of consumer blades for a number of years. The fancy red blade is fully functional as a sliding coating and has saved me from countless sticking and burning situations. I decided to give Freud's industrial line a shot. First, Freud's anti-vibration cutouts and slots are second to none. I replaced the Dewalt finishing blade (the one that came in a two pack with the edge blade) with this one on my Makita LS1216L. This blade rang like a bell after each cut, to
