The best part about working for benestream is that I can focus 100% of my attention into what I am doing, without any distractions from other people or things around me! There are times when it's hard not being able to look at your phone during work hours because there may be an important call coming in but if everyone did this we would all get more done. Sometimes clients request specific information which forces us to make assumptions instead of asking them directly so sometimes they don't understand our answers as well as expected. It also takes time away from getting actual work completed. Also having too much going on makes it difficult to concentrate fully and complete tasks properly.
