A good option for not much money!

Agree with the other review here that it's more like an anti-glare screen with LITTLE privacy screen. My wife can still see what I'm doing when we're sitting next to each other on the couch (although I honestly didn't buy it to hide what I'm doing from her). This only obscures what's happening on your screen, but outlines and images may still be visible to those around you (I'll try to post a few images to show what I'm talking about). I figured I'd take a chance with a cheaper privacy screen and I got what I paid for. Not recommended. UPDATE Dec 2012 - I've been using this for a while and I'm not as frustrated with this privacy screen as I was originally. I understood two things. (1) Most people who come to my computer and try to look at my screen are standing next to me and CANNOT see the screen, and (2) the lighting in the room is playing a HUGE screen dimming effect. At work where there are fluorescent lights, it helps LOTS to dim the screen for others. People regularly ask me why I'm typing on a blank screen and then stepping back to see it. So instead of spending tons of money on other brands, give these a try. It's perfect? no But for the money you'll be happy which is why I've updated my review because I think you'll be happy too.
