Don't waste money.
Because all the legs are bolted to the frame in the same place, this makes the legs unstable. It only took a week for the screws on the legs to loosen and the legs fell off. I only hung light jackets on it. I would hate to see how quickly it breaks down if someone is throwing thick winter coats over it. Don't waste your money on this and look for something better.
