I have two of these wonderful products. I admit that my initial review of this product was harsh and I only gave it one star because I didn't think it worked. This product has a break-in period. That's not to say it can't be used right out of the box, but it gets easier and more efficient the more you use it. Once unpacked, the rubber tabs on this product remain immobile and rigid. Over time, the product will soften, allowing the rubber tip to stick to your toilet. Be patient the first few times you use this product until it breaks down. This product leaves no mess. There's no kickback and it won't overflow your toilet. My kids regularly clog up several toilets in my house, so now I have two of them. I haven't seen a toilet I can't clean in five minutes or less. The only downside to this product is that it is quite difficult to clean. Feces get caught on the rubber valves and cleaning can be a process. I've found that it's best to pour bleach on the tip after unclogging the toilet. Then I run the rubber tip over the toilet to remove as much poop as possible. Finally, I take the item to the sink in my garage and spray it with high-pressure water to wash it all off. Please note that this product is not suitable for all toilets.
