out of 10 1/4 bulkhead only one didn't leak the line wasn't pressurized I have one on the bottom of the 13G bin and one on top with a clear hose between the two so I know how much water is in it and it comes out at the place where the hose is connected. Also, there are no rubber washers, so you'll have to make your own
