Review on Rancilio Silvia Espresso Machine - Iron Frame, Stainless Steel Side Panels, 11.4" x 13.4 by Stephanie Klein

I bought this espresso machine at the end of October 20th. I have taken out insurance from Asurion. The other day I had a problem with the car and I contacted Asurion, they said I need to contact Rancilio as it is less than a year old. Rancilio's US headquarters are in Illinois. I told them about my problem and they told me to contact the seller. I called the seller and I have to admit they tried to help but to no avail. They told me to call a third party and the mechanic wants $70 just to take a look! The bottom line is that Rancilio's customer service sucks and I will never buy a product from them again!
