Let me say I don't want to spend a lot of money. But I decided to take up photography as a new hobby after upgrading from iPhone 11 Pro. I bought the Sony a7c and this lens from someone who knows absolutely nothing about these camera types and settings. I was a bit afraid of spending so much money on hobbies (I don't like doing updates once I get used to something, so I decided to give it my all first). First off, this lens is AMAZING. Focus is amazing, weight is amazing. It's a great lens for whatever I throw at it. I mainly photograph cars and the road. After spending several hours watching videos about this lens and how to use it. I took great pictures. I lent my rig to a buddy who is a professional photographer and he was delighted with its performance. Great lens. Don't worry about the price. You won't regret your purchase one bit.
