I love that it is cloudbased, so you don't have all your files in one place anymore (you used to do this when using excel).
There are some errors with entering data or sending messages/emails from our project manager software into kickstart which makes me wonder if they should be working together more closely. Also, there's no way for us as an organization of several departments to view data we could look up quickly without going through multiple reports each time. The benefits were getting rid of having to email back & forth between individuals about what tasks need done next week; tracking progress by creating individualized dashboards; being able to keep track of everyone doing their part towards finishing projects; also making sure people know how much work needs left before submitting final product.
