It is very easy for me to understand what I need from this software, it's not too complicated so that novices can also get used to its functions easily. I love that it is cloudbased, so you don't have all your files in one place anymore (you used to do this when using excel). There are some errors with entering data or sending messages/emails from our project manager software into kickstart which makes me wonder if they should be working together more closely.
