Recently purchased and installed versions 01 and 03 on two vehicles for the PA function. These things are great. Very loud. Exactly what I was looking for. I've heard PA systems before that were half as loud as this one. Very powerful. I had to install the speaker in the bumper or under the hood. There's just one thing I hate about it; When you press and release the PTT button, a loud tone will be heard in the speaker. I understand that this is common with many microphones. A similar tone will be heard each time you turn on the system. Kind of a pop sound. I tried the siren sounds only to see they sound very cartoony. The meaning is similar to a real siren, but not exactly the same. I ended up putting a screw in the handle to hold it in the "wait" position. I use the Scosche MAGDMB MagicMount for mobile for my phone. I simply glued a small metal plate to the back panel. UPDATE 2020: I will buy my speakers from the online LED shop every time! The support of these guys has helped me EVERY TIME! Makes the difference in the world. Thanks again guys!
