Don't choose the cheaper version. Spend another $7 and choose Belltech. the installation is easy. You don't need to follow the included instructions. Jack up both sides and place jacks on both sides of the frame until the rear end is raised. Loosen the bottom bracket and remove the bolt. Also unscrew the bracket, then have someone push the spring up until it clears the frame, remove the screw and remove the bracket. insert a new one. I simply asked my wife to lie down and lift the spring with her foot until I put in a new one. If you don't already have them installed, it makes a world of difference in terms of looks. It may not show up on camera, but it's true in real life.
