Decent enough: my feedback

I bought this to replace a bike that finally broke and chose this one due to price and the reviews. It's honestly the definition of Okay. It's pretty easy to put together but you may need a second person to hold some stuff while you tighten things. Once you get going it's very easy enough.Using it is fine. It does the job you need which is to pedal for exercise. The claim that it's silent is highly dependent. The wheel itself is very quiet as most magnetic types are. However, the frame creaks quite a bit no matter the pace. Is it loud? Not really. But it is noticeable and makes the silent claim a bit dubious. My main complaint is the display's calorie counter is just completely off. I have no idea what it's counting but it's certainly not calories. My last bike I felt was pretty accurate and I'd burn 230 calories between 45-60 minutes. This thing will say I did that within 10 minutes of being on the bike. It doesn't adjust the count based on the tension chosen and seems to just tick up by 0.1-0.2 calories as it feels like it. So I now need another device or will just continue to guess.Overall it does what it needs to so I'm using it.I will say the first one I received had a bad pedal arm that clicked loudly when riding. I reached out to the company's support and they sent me a whole new bike right away. I will give them kudos for service.
