I installed a pump in my well on 3/19/2021 and it pumped about 2 gpm into my reservoir. Now 5/4/2021 it's only pumping about 1/4 GPM. MY - pump head (lift) = 158ft (their description says it's good for 230ft) My max dive is 70ft (below static water level) [Updated 8/5/2021] I'll upgrade them to 3 stars because they gave me my money back, changed their description to a maximum lift of 100ft (was 230ft) and offered 49ft of tubing because traction had failed. good download twice. As an aside, there are other pumps similar or exactly like this one on the Revain, all of which list a maximum head of 230 feet (elevator). I wonder if these are all lies? [Update 05/27/2021] After pulling the pump out I found that the motor housing was full of water. This is the same problem I had with my two previous ShruFlo 9300 pumps (This pump looks exactly like the ShurFlo pump and I believe it's a Chinese fake.) So now I don't think the buoyancy is the problem , and at depths below the static water level. Such pumps could work normally if they were not installed very deeply.
