Flexible Service Desk Tool - Tried and Tested

The system has been able to handle all our needs within its limits without any problems or hiccups thus far! I have not come across anything as yet which was disliked by me about it but i am sure there will be things when we get into production mode for real world use cases where some features might need tweaking here ndthere; however overall everything seems good so far!! As mentioned above nothing really comes close with such ease of access from anywhere using this product.

Its great tool if you are looking forward towards managing your service desk easily rather than going through multiple emails.
