This item is not worth the money. It may seem like it will save you time and effort on your project, but it will only cost you heartache and a lot of frustration. I installed them on the bed I made and they weren't strong at all, no screws were included to attach them to the bed. When they were on my bed and I coughed, which I did, the bed would shake like crazy and at least one of the locking screws would come loose completely. I screwed the hardware to the bed frame and adjusted after adjustment before finally dropping it altogether and not using it at all.
