Very helpful.
We were given a preview of a mountain of slides and negatives to help us decide which ones to digitize. We already had a brand device that used a bulb that was too dim. It also had no utility items and no power supply - it was placed in a donation pile. This device is a bright daylight and the slide-through mechanism is simple and efficient. The power supply saves us from battery problems. All in all, that was all we wanted for this purpose.
