Composite, not solid

I was looking for a one-piece three-way adapter to add a bidet line to my sink faucet. This looks nice, but on closer inspection it is not a single piece, but is made up of at least 4 parts: the side connector screwed into the core/top plug and the retaining rod screwed into the floor for locking. free jack. I can't risk leaks on my near-maintenance hot water lines, so I'm trying something different that's one piece.
