Excellent performance indicates remote PTZ capability
I think other users with their username and password should be allowed with restrictions as some device admins might not like to give their admin name and password to other people share If each incident can be captured by cameras. The PTZ function does not work remotely: The PTZ function for Remote Viewing Software (AVSS) does not work. PTZ is not available via mobile access. PTZ only works in DVR menu. Apart from that, the software works on both AVSS and mobile devices. Another method to add a device can be the external/internal IP with port number, while adding by device ID is easy as it matches the external IP of the DVR.
